My PayPal Transaction Failed - What do I do?



Failed AVS Check: 10554-The transaction was refused.

This error typically occurs when the billing address entered does not match what is on file with your financial institution.  Please attempt your order again with updated billing information.

Please note that an exact match to the address your financial institution has on file.  This includes any formatting associated with applicable unit numbers, as well as requiring a full nine-digit zip code for some verification.   Also be advised that every instance in which this error populates results in a pre-authorization, which will simply fall off and never post to your account.


Declined: 10626-Transaction refused due to risk model

This error typically occurs for the same reason as 'failed AVS Check', meaning it typically occurs when the billing address entered does not match what your financial institution has on file.  Please note that every instance in which this error populates results in a pre-authorization, which will simply fall off and never post to your account.

 

CVV2 Mismatch: 15004-This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid Credit Card Verification Number.

This error typically occurs when the verification code entered does not match what is on the card.  Please attempt your order again with the corrected verification code.

 

Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed.

This error occurs when the issuing bank declines the transaction, typically in regards to funds availability. 

 

PayPal gateway has rejected request. A transaction id is required (#11001: Invalid transaction id value).

This error typically occurs when PayPal’s systems are not able to fully reconcile with our site.  This often results in a confirmation received from PayPal, but not from GroupMedShop.  Please contact us at 1-855-868-6024 or customer_service@groupmedicalsupply.com to ensure your order was completed.

 

Field format error: 10004-This transaction cannot be processed.

This error typically occurs when punctuation marks are placed incorrectly into the address details.  This can include including extra spacing or special symbols, such as a period or a dash in the address field.  Please contact us if you are unable to submit an order after updating the address details

 

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 

This error can typically be resolved by removing all items from your shopping cart and beginning your transaction over.  Deleting cookies and your browsing data can also be helpful. If you continue to experience this, please contact us for assistance.

 

SQLSTATE[40001]: Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction
